Answer Back System
The answer back system is a device to find
the position of your scooter and to inform
you that the immobilizer function of the
HONDA SMART key system is activated.
When you press the answer back button on
the Honda SMART Key with the ignition
switch (Off) or (Lock) position, your
scooter informs you of its location and
activation of the immobilizer function by
blinking the turn signal light, and lighting the
ignition switch ring. The ignition switch ring
will light for about 1 minute.
The answer back system uses low-intensity
radio waves. It may affect medical equipment
such as a cardiac pacemaker.
