Battery installation:
Push and contact.

Remove the battery and clean the battery terminals and battery
cable terminals with a wire brush or sand paper.
Clean the battery with a solution of baking soda and warm water
with care not to get the solution or water in the battery cells. Dry the
battery thoroughly.
Secure the battery by pushing it against the front end of the battery
tray.
Connect the battery positive (
) cable to the battery positive (
)
terminal first, then the battery negative (
) cable. Tighten the
terminal bolts and nut securely.
Set the battery set plate and tighten the nuts.
