Installation Notes:
1. Reverse the removal procedure.
2. Position the wheel between the fork legs
and insert the front axle shaft from the
right side, through the right fork leg and
wheel hub.
Make sure that the “Tang’ (8) on the left
front fork leg is located in the “Slot” (9) in
the brake panel.
3. Tighten the front axle nut to the
specified torque.
Front axle nut torque:
54 N·m (5.5 kgf·m , 40 lbf·ft)
“Front Brake Cable” (4), “Combi Brake
Cable” (8) from the “Brake Arm” (5).
5. Remove the “Front Axle Nut” (9).
6. Remove the “Front Axle Shaft” (10) and
the wheel.
