PRE-DELIVERY INSPECTION
The services indicated below comprise the Pre-delivery Inspection and should be carried out in accordance with the terms of the
Warranty Certificate.
Refer to the Service Manual for more detailed information about technical specifications and service procedures. Always carry
out a road test with the motorcycle to ascertain its perfect operation.
PRE-DELIVERY INSPECTION CHECKLIST
• Wash the motorcycle thoroughly to remove the oxidation protection coating.
• Wash the fuel tank interior with gasoline. Fill the tank and check for leaks.
• Inspect the engine oil. If necessary, fill the crankcase with the recommended oil to the specified capacity.
Engine oil capacity: 0.9

Recommended oil: MOBIL SUPER MOTO 4T
Service Classification: API-SF
Viscosity: SAE 20W-50
• Check the throttle grip play.
Play: 2 – 6 mm (1/12 – 1/4 in)
Make sure the throttle grip turns freely. Check the cable routing and throttle operation in all steering positions.
• Adjust the clutch lever play. Check the cable routing and clutch operation.
Play: 10 – 20 mm (3/8 – 3/4 in)
• Check if the side stand moves freely.
• Check the valve clearance and adjust, if necessary.
IN: 0.08 mm (0.003 ± 0.001 in)
EX: 0.08 mm (0.003 ± 0.001 in)
• Check the choke operation in all positions.

• Adjust the front brake lever play. Check the cable routing and front brake operation.
Play: 10 – 20 mm (3/8 – 3/4 in)
(CG125 TITAN ES)
• Check the brake fluid level in the reservoir and add fluid, if necessary. Check the brake operation and, if necessary, bleed the
air from the hydraulic system.
Recommended brake fluid: DOT 4
• Adjust and lubricate the drive chain.
Slack: 10 – 20 mm (3/8 – 3/4 in)
• Adjust the rear brake pedal play and check brake operation.
Play: 20 – 30 mm (3/4 – 1.1/4 in)
• Adjust the rear brake light switch.
• Check the fuel valve operation in all positions.
• Adjust engine idle speed, if necessary.
Engine idle speed: 1,400 ± 100 min -1 (rpm)
• Check front and rear suspension operation.
Make sure the left and right rear shock absorbers are adjusted in the same position.
