helps prevent passengers from
accidentally opening a door and
falling out.

Locking the doors and the hatch also
helps prevent an outsider from
unexpectedly opening a door or the
hatch when you come to a stop.
When one or more doors or the
hatch are not tightly closed, the
corresponding indicator for each
condition will come on.
The above example shows the front
right and rear left doors, and the
hatch open.
When the hatch is not tightly closed,
this indicator will come on.
