FRAME/WHEELS/BRAKES
• Tighten and torque the following nuts and bolts:
Axel nut torque:
110 N-m (11.0 kg-m, 80 ft-lb)
Axel holding bolt torque:
27 N-m (2.7 kg-m, 20 ft-lb)
Brake stopper arm nut torque:
22 N-m (2.2 kg-m, 16 ft-lb)
• Apply the brake several times and check for free wheel
rotation when released.
•
If a torque wrench was not used for installation, see your
authorized Honda dealer as soon as possible to verify
proper assembly. Improper assembly may lead to loss of
braking capacity.
CAUTION:
•
Always replace used cotter pins with new ones.
