PRODUCT FEATURES:
For increased results and comfortable wear, please use the belt on
top of your clothes.
1. Remove the pull-ring from the waist support and place the back
waist support around your lower center waist. Make sure the
pull-ring is on your right side (fig.1).
2. Wrap the back waist support around your waist, bringing the
right side of the belt towards the left side (fig.2).
3. Pull tight and attach the hook & loop fastener on the right side
of the belt to the left side (fig.3). If the waist support is too short
to attach, add the adjusting belt provided.
4. Pull the pull-ring toward your body until you feel the belt start
to restrain (fig.4).
5. Once comfortable, attach the pull-ring to the front of the belt
using the hook & loop fastener (fig.5).
6. We recommend wearing the back waist support for a maximum
of 2 hours at a time.
Maintenance
• Clean only with a soft, slightly damp sponge.
• Do not immerse in any liquid to clean.
• Never use abrasive cleaners, brushes, glass/furniture polish,
paint thinner, etc to clean.
Storage
Keep the back waist support in a safe, dry, cool place.
Avoid contact with sharp edges or pointed objects which might cut
or puncture the fabric surface.
