Therefore, it is necessary to replace
them from time to time.

Loosen the axle screws (Fig.1-16)
with two size 5 Allen keys.

Retrieve the axle screws and
remove the roller (Fig.1-17).
Reinstall the new roller and secure it
with the axle bolts.
After the replacement:
If the roller grinds sideways after
replacement, do not use it! Make sure
that all screws are still tight after the
first few minutes of riding and that
nothing has loosened. Tighten the
roller once again to make sure it runs
smoothly and the bearings do not
make any noise.
Replacing the ball bearings (Fig. J)

Remove the roller as described in
the section "Replacing the rollers".

Using an Allen wrench, lever out
one bearing (19).

Remove the spacer (18) from the
roller (17) and turn it over.

Lever out the other bearing (19)
with an Allen wrench.

Push in a new bearing. Turn the
roller over, insert the spacer (18) and
then press in a second new bearing.
Secure the roller as described in the
section "Replacing the rollers".
Care and storage
After using the product, we
recommend thorough cleaning and
drying. Remove small stones or other
objects that may have become stuck
on the rollers. Dry wet or damp ball
bearings with a clean cloth. Grease
the bearings with a suitable bearing
grease from the outside to prevent
external rust formation. Always store
the product in a dry place.
Disposal
The product packaging consists of
recyclable materials. Dispose of the
packaging materials according to their
marking at the public collection points
or according to the country-specific
regulations. Dispose of the product
and all associated components via an
approved waste disposal company or
via your municipal waste disposal
facility. Observe the currently valid
regulations. If in doubt, contact your
waste disposal facility for information
on environmentally sound disposal.
