Assembly of castors
Mount the two swivel castors on the front castor
bracket using four screws and washers (3).
Mount the two rigid castors to the rear castor
bracket using four screws and washers (4) each.
Mount the connecting element between the front
and rear castor bracket (5).
Attach the front and rear castor bracket to the
socket and fasten them with two screws (6) at
each corner.
Place the socket with the castors on the floor.
Make sure that the castors are folded up and
adjust the foot height (7) if necessary.
Now lift the machine onto the socket.
NOTICE:
The machine is heavy - please get assistance
from a second person when transporting the machine
and ensure the correct body posture when lifting,
carrying and setting down the load:
Lifting, Depositing
Ensure stability when lifting / setting down (legs hip
width).
Lift / lower load with bent knees and straight back
(like weightlifter).
Do not lift / lower the load jerkily.
Carrying
Carry load with both hands as close to body as
possible.
The machine is fixed in this position with four
screws and washers (8).
3.
Assembly planer fence
Screw the fixing lever (10) to the already
mounted guide (9).
Insert the planer fence (11) into the guide (9).
The fixing lever (10) must be opened for this
purpose.
To fix the planer fence (11) in the desired
position, the fixing lever (10) must be locked
again.
