17 TROUBLE SHOOTING
BEFORE YOU START WORKING FOR THE ELIMINATION OF DEFECTS, DISCONNECT THE
MACHINE FROM THE POWER SUPPLY.
Trouble Possible cause Solution
Motor does not run  Switch defective  Repair switch
 Power supply is off  Repair power supply
 Fuse is defective  Change fuse
 Electric contactor is defective  Repair or change electric
contactor
 Main cable defedtive  Chainge main cable
Saw blades break  Tension incorrectly set  Set correct tension
 To much pressure  Feed the workpiece more slowly
 Workpiece feeding  Avoid exerting pressure from
the side
Vibrations  Machine incorrect mounted  Mount machine correct
 Motor is loosen  Tighten the motor screws
 Working table is loosen  Tighten the fixing screw

CONNECTION TO THE ELECTRICITY GRID.
