• Stir together dry ingredients, add in butter, milk, egg, and vanilla.
• Mix well.
• Pour into the skillet.
• Cook until bubbles appear on the batter, Flip very carefully.
• Serve with Maple syrup and fresh berries.
• Repeat with remaining batter.
