Caution: Use oven mitts. Only touch the
pastry as the pie maker will be very hot.

Pour in your pre-cooked pie filling making sure it does not overflow
onto non stick-plate surface. Note: Try to fill enough to make a small
mound, so that the small dough disk that will be placed on top to close
the pie will come in contact with the upper plate and cook thoroughly.

Place a small disc (4”, 10 cm) over the pie filling, and make sure to align
the edges of both pie dough discs on top of the edge crimper as best as
possible.

Close the lid and let cook for approximately 7-10 minutes, or until fully
cooked.

After the pies are ready, carefully remove them using an oven mitt and
a heat resistant wood or plastic spatula. DO NOT use metal utensils
because they will scratch and damage the non-stick coated surface.

If cooking more than one batch in a session, after removing the first
batch, close the top lid to maintain the heat and then place the next
batch when ready.
NOTE: Cooking time may vary between batches. DO
NOT use the item continuously for more than 20 minutes.

As soon as you are finished cooking, unplug the appliance and allow it cool
down.

appliance after every use following these steps. This appliance contains no
user serviceable parts and requires little maintenance.
