Gather diagnostics
Use the Gather Diagnostics feature to create a zip file of system data for troubleshooting. The system
data in the Gather Diagnostics file is intended for instrument troubleshooting by Hologic Technical
Support. It gathers and zips the error history log and other instrument operating information.
1. To gather that data, click the Choose Folder... button to navigate to the folder to which the zip file
will be written, or type in a file path.
By default, the box is checked for
Include Slide Event Data . The slide accession IDs are included
in the slide event data. To exclude slide event data, click to un-check the box.
Note:
To save the Gather Diagnostics file to a thumb drive, put a thumb drive into a USB
port on the server and choose that drive in the Choose Folder option.
