1. The water tank is

1. Fill the supplied measuring jug with water and
follow instructions on page 8 of the instruction
manual provided.
2. The steam mop is
upright.
2. This product features automatic cut-off in the
upright position. Tilt the steam mop backwards
like a vacuum cleaner to start steaming.
There is a
strange smell
coming from
the appliance
1. First time using
product.
1. If this is the first time you are using the mop,
continue using the product. The smell may be due to
new parts being heated up for the first time.
2. The product may be
faulty.
2. Discontinue use if problem persists and contact
customer services.

but the unit is

not attached to the
steam mop.
1. Attach the mop pad to the steam head as per
page 9 of the instruction manual provided.
2. The mop pad is
saturated with dirt.
2. Wash the microfibre mop pad following
guidelines on page 14 of the instruction manual
provided.
