Possible cause
Solution
One or more couplers are not connected properly. Disconnect and reconnect the coupler(s).
The pressure relief valve on the pump is in the
"neutral" position.
CORE™ system:
-
Close the pressure relief valve by using a
screwdriver to turn it anti-clockwise as far as
the stop.
Dual-hose system:
•
Set the pressure relief valve on the pump to
the "operation" position.
There is no oil left in the pump.
Add hydraulic oil.
There is air in the system.
CORE™ system:
•
Disconnect the hose from the tool.
•
Let the pump run idle for one minute.
•
Connect the tool.
•
Open and close (entirely) the tool once.
Dual-hose system:
•
Disconnect the hoses from the tool and
connect them to each other
•
Let the pump run idle for one minute.
•
Disconnect the hoses and connect the tool.
•
Open and close (entirely) the tool once.
The change-over valve on the pump is in the
wrong position (dual-hose system if present).
Set the change-over valve to the correct position.
The pump does not build up any pressure.

Possible cause
Solution
Check all couplings.
Disconnect and reconnect the couplers
The return line is not connected (only for dual-
hose system).
Connect the return line.
The tool load is too high (disconnected).
Clean or replace the valve by the Holmatro dealer.
Possible cause
Solution
The deadman's button is damaged
Have it repaired by a Holmatro Certified
Technician.
The deadman's button is stuck.
