UNDERSTAND YOUR TOOL
HT3B548 series hydraulic rebar cutter is a professional tool for cutting rebar. With many advantages such as light
weight, good performance, high working effi ciency and etc.
OPERATIING INSTRUCTION.
1. Select the appropriate rebar being used. Ask an authorized facility or distributor to choose proper tools.
2. Check condition of cutter blade and tightness of cutter blade bolts. Check the blade is undamaged.
3. Turn on the oil switch.
4. Make sure the rebar is properly placed before operating the tool.
5. Shake the handle.
6. Continue pumping to cut the rebar completely.
7. To release the tool, turn off the oil switch. The ram will retract and the tool is ready to begin its next cycle.
