Open the package and carefully take out the appliance. Ensure that the package is
complete and none of its contents are damaged. Check that plastic parts are not
broken and the cord is not damaged. If any parts are damaged or missing, contact
the dealer and do not use the product. Retain the package or recycle it in accordance
with local regulations.
6.CONTENTS OF PACKAGE
Warning! Risk of suffocation! For safety, keep packaging parts (plastic
bags, cardboard boxes, Styrofoam etc.) out of children’s reach!
7. OPERATION
7.1
Before first use
Attention!
You may see light smoke or vapour the first time you use the toaster. This
is normal when new internal elements heat up.
Before use, place the toaster on a stable, even and heat-resistant surface.
7.2 Toasting
1. Insert slice(s) of bread into one or two bread slots.
2. Plug the cord into an appropriate power outlet.
3. Set the browning control to the desired level. At level 1, the toasted bread is
light brown; at level 6, it is dark brown.
ATTENTION!
When toasting one slice, it will come out darker than two toasted slices at
the same browning control setting.
If slices of bread are toasted one after another, the last slices will be darker.
4. Depress the bread carriage lever, which initiates toasting. The blue LED under
the Cancel button will be illuminated (Manual switch).
5. When the desired toasting level has been achieved, the lever will pop up
automatically and the appliance will switch off.
ATTENTION!
Press the Cancel button at any time to stop the reheating cycle. When the
appliance is on, the blue LED under the Cancel button is illuminated.
