5. The warranty does not cover products from
which the tamper-proof seal has been remo-
ved and products to which repairs, alterations
or structural modifications have been made or
attempted.
6. The warranty does not cover components sub-
ject to natural wear and tear during operation.
7.
To facilitate defect verification, the product
should be returned to the Service complete with
all its original components.
8. This warranty for the sold consumer product
does not exclude, restrict or suspend the rights of
the buyer arising from statutory warranty regula-
tions covering defects in sold goods pursuant to
the Civil Code of 23 April 1964 (Journal of Laws
Dz.U.2014.121).
9. The warranty shall be applicable within the terri-
tory of the Republic of Poland.
