7.3 DRY IRONING
1.
Place the iron in a vertical position.
2.
Set the steam burst control to the
(no steam) position.
3.
Plug the cord into an earthed power supply socket.
4.
Set the required ironing temperature opposite the temperature-ready light located
on the housing of the iron by turning the temperature control clockwise to the
desired position.
5.
Water may remain in the water reservoir during dry ironing.
CAUTION! Check the laundry care label for the required ironing temperature.

If you do not know what kind or kinds of fabric an article is made of, determine the
right ironing temperature by ironing a part that is not visible when the article is worn
or used.
ATTENTION! Always start ironing with the articles that require the lowest ironing
temperature.

The temperature-ready indicator light (7) will turn on.

When this light goes out, it means that the iron has reached the desired temperature.
7.4 SPRAY FUNCTION
This function may be used to eliminate the most stubborn wrinkles.
1.
Make sure there is enough water in the water reservoir. If not, go to the
7.2 FILLING THE WATER RESERVOIR
section.
2.
In order to moisten the fabric that is being ironed, press the spray button several
times. Water will come out of the spray nozzle at the front of the iron.
