Open the packaging and carefully take its contents out. Make sure that the set is
complete and that its components are undamaged. Check that plastic parts are
not broken and the power cord is not damaged. If any part is damaged or missing,
contact the dealer and do not use the product. Keep the packaging or dispose of it in
accordance with local regulations.
6. SET CONTENTS
7.1 BEFORE FIRST USE
ATTENTION! The iron may give off some smoke when you use it for the first time.
This is normal and does not mean that the iron is damaged. The iron should be
placed in a well-ventilated room at that time. The iron will stop emitting smoke
after a short while. In the event the smoke does not cease, the iron should be
unplugged immediately.
7. USE
7.2 FILLING THE WATER RESERVOIR
CAUTION!
• Do not put any objects into the water reservoir.
• Do not add water while ironing or when the iron is hot.
1. Make sure that the iron is unplugged from the power supply.
2. Open the water inlet cover on the front part of the handle.
3.
Fill the water reservoir (do not exceed the maximum level shown on the side
of the iron) using the included water measurement cup.
4. Close the water inlet cover.
