TRIC GRILL HOFFEN
• Let the appliance cool down,keeping it on a safty place in order to avoid
possible burns.
• The appliance must be clean and dry just after cooling.
• Close and lock the appliance by pressing the locking latch that locks
the plates (C).
Note: This appliance is not able to unfreeze or cooking frozen food. All food
must be properly defrosted to be cooked in this appliance.
Note: During the operation the green light (K) turns on and off repeatedly with
a few minutes away, indicating that the device maintains the temperature.
Note: The plates (E) should not be open until 90º in order to avoid damage
to the hinges. Avoid forcing them.
HINTS
• For grilling food that has been in the refrigerator, take it out one hour
before cooking for more flavourful and tender results.
• Sausages should be previously punctured to avoid bursting.
• Season the meat with salt only after being grilled, to become more
succulent.
• For best results, the pieces of meat should not be very thick
(approximately 1,5 cm).
• For grilling fish, remove as much water as possible with a paper towel.
• Brush the fish with oil or alimentary fat to avoid sticking to the plates
(E). Alternatively, wrap it in a sheet of aluminium foil.
• For more flavourful grilled dishes, place the meat or fish to marinate
about 2 hours before cooking.
