8. USE
BEFORE USING THE KETTLE
If you are using the kettle for the first time, it is recommended to clean it as follows: fill
the kettle with water to the maximum level with water, boil it, and pour it out. Repeat.
The surface should be wiped with a wet cloth.
ATTENTION:
The maximum capacity of the kettle is 1.7 l.
1. In order to fill the kettle with water, remove it from the power base, open the lid with the
button, fill the kettle with the desired volume of cold water, and close the lid. You can
also fill the kettle up through the spout. The water level should not exceed the indicated
MAX level or drop below the level of 0.5 l. The MAX level is indicated inside the kettle.
ATTENTION:
Never overfill the kettle above the maximum level as water may spill out
through the spout when boiling. Make sure that the lid is tightly closed before connecting
the appliance to a power supply outlet.
1. Place the kettle on the power base.
2. Plug the power cord into the power supply outlet. Press the (on/off) switch downwards.
The LED switch lamp should turn blue. The water heating process is started. When the
water is boiling, the kettle will turn off automatically. You can stop the water heating
process at any time by pressing the switch upwards. If you want to reheat water, press
the switch downwards once again.
ATTENTION:
Make sure that the lid is closed when the water is being heated up.
1. Remove the kettle from the power base and fill it with water.
ATTENTION:
Please pay particular attention when pouring water out of the kettle or risk
being burned by the scalding water.
2. The kettle will not be restarted until the switch is turned back on. When not being used,
the kettle can remain on the power stand.
Attention:
When the kettle is not being used, please remember to disconnect it from the
power supply source.
WARNING:
Never open the lid when water is being heated.
ATTENTION:
The lid must be closed to allow the steam to be directed through the spout
away from the handle.
