• Risk of explosion! Never disassemble, short-circuit or throw
batteries into fire.
• Always remove the batteries before prolonged storage of the device to
prevent damage from possible electrolyte leak.
• Remove discharged batteries from the device without delay.
• Discharged batteries may leak, which can damage the device.
• After exposure to leaked electrolyte, immediately wash the exposed skin
under running water. In the event of contact with eyes, immediately seek
medical attention, as the battery’s acid can irritate or burn eyes.
• Swallowing a battery can be fatal! Keep batteries out of the reach of children
and pets. If a battery is swallowed, seek medical attention immediately.
7.2 Weighing

Instructions for using the device together with a special application are
contained in a separate manual supplied with the package.
Before first use, remove the protective foil from the kitchen scale.

Place the scale on a stable, even and dry surface. In order to ensure a correct
readout, do not place the scale on a towel or cloth.

Press the
ON/OFF/TARE
button to turn the scale on. After approx. 2 seconds,
the display will show “
0
“.

You can start weighing.
• The current unit of weight applicable to the displayed result can be seen on
the display. When you change the unit, the symbol changes accordingly.
• To turn the scale off, press and hold the
ON/OFF/TARE
button for 3 seconds
• The scale will turn off automatically after approx. 120 seconds of inactivity.
