Do not use sharp items for removing the ice cream from the bowl. Sharp
items may scratch the bowl surface.
CAUTION!
If the agitator becomes jammed, immediately switch off the device.
Ice cream mixture sample recipes
The device will assist you in making any ice cream. Feel free to use the generally
available recipes. Some sample recipes are available below.
Strawberry ice cream
Fresh strawberries / low-sugar strawberry jam – 200 g
Milk – 200 ml
Cream – 200 ml
Sugar – 100 g
Lemon juice – 1 tablespoon
Wash the strawberries, remove the stems, blend. Whip the cream with the sugar,
combine all the ingredients, mix. Work the ready mixture as described in chapter
7.4.
Pure ice cream
Vanilla extract – 10 g
Milk – 250 ml
Cream – 150 ml
Sugar – 50 g
Mix or blend all the ingredients, work the ready mixture as described in chapter 7.4.
