Make sure that the 5-speed selector switch is set to „0” and plug the mixer into
a power outlet.
7. Set the desired speed with the selector switch to start the appliance. The
appliance has 5 different working speeds; each higher selector position
increases the speed by 12%, and the 5th speed on the selector switch is the
maximum rotational speed of the attachments. The TURBO button, when held
depressed, increases the mixing speed further. DO NOT keep the TURBO on
for more than 30 seconds at a time. The mixer speed with the TURBO button
depressed is the same as of the 5th speed on the selector switch.
Caution!
The maximum continuous working time with any attachment is 1
minute. All accessories can work at any of the 5 speeds or in the TURBO mode.
Caution!
DO NOT put any forks, knives or spoons into the mixer bowl!

The maximum continuous mixing time is 1 minute. If you need to mix longer,
then switch off the mixer every 1 minute and wait until the appliance cools
down to room temperature (which takes about 5 minutes). For an optimum
result when making a yeast dough, start from the lowest speed and gradually
go through the higher speeds; finish kneading at the 5th speed.

When finished, set the 5-speed selector switch to „0” and unplug the appliance
from the power outlet.

Press and hold the swivel arm lock button, grasp the mixer handle and swing
open the arm.

Remove the mixer from the base by holding down the mixer lock button and
by firmly pulling the mixer handle up.
