1. INTENDED USE
The electric kettle is intended for heating and boiling potable water. It must not
be used for heating other liquids or foodstuffs.
The appliance can be installed and used safely only if the rules contained in
this manual are followed.
The product is a portable appliance intended for private indoor use only.
1. The appliance should not be used by individuals with limited physical,
sensory or mental capabilities, or by individuals lacking the necessary
experience or knowledge of the appliance, unless they do so under
supervision or in a safe manner in accordance with the instruction manual
and with an understanding of the hazards involved.
2. The appliance may be used by children over 8 years of age, provided that
they are supervised by an adult or use the appliance safely, in compliance
with the instruction manual, and understand the hazards involved. The
appliance may be cleaned and maintained by children over 8 years old
provided that they are supervised by an adult. Keep this appliance away
from children younger than 8.
3. Do not allow children to play with the appliance.
4. When cleaning parts that come into direct contact with food, follow the
rules in section
8 Cleaning and maintenance.
