Boiling water
1.
Fill the kettle up to the desired level. Do not overfill the kettle, so that water does
not splash out or spill. The water level indicator will help you draw a suitable
amount of water. Always make sure that the water level is between the MIN and
MAX markings. Do not forget to close the lid after you fill the kettle with water.
Attention! Fill the appliance with cold and fresh water only.
2. Put the kettle on its base and switch it on as described above. When the water
comes to a boil, the appliance will turn off automatically. Then you can remove
the stainless steel cordless kettle from the base.
3. You can boil water again only after the kettle has cooled down. When the
device is cooling down, do not push the switch, as doing so could damage the
mechanism.
4. Remove the kettle from the base and unplug the appliance.
5. The lid must be closed when boiling water.
Attention! Do not remove the kettle from its base before the kettle is
switched off.
8. CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
8.1
Basic rules
Proper and regular cleaning will ensure safe operation and extend the useful
life of the appliance.
Warning!
Before performing cleaning and maintenance operations,
turn the appliance off, disconnect it from the power source and let it
cool down, so as to avoid burns and electrocution.
a) Remove dust with a dry cloth or brush.
b) You can remove stubborn dirt with a damp cloth and a neutral detergent.
Attention! Do not clean the appliance with any strong chemicals, alkali,
abrasive or disinfecting agents, as they may damage the surface of the
appliance.
Attention! Do not immerse the appliance or its base in water or other liquids.
8.2. Descaling
In order to remove scale deposited inside the kettle and on the heating element,
prepare a solution of water and vinegar (1 part vinegar per 2 parts water). Pour
the solution into the cordless electric kettle and heat it up, but DO NOT BOIL
