9. REPAIR AND MAINTENANCE
The appliance does not contain any user-serviceable parts. Do not attempt to repair
the appliance on your own. Always have the appliance repaired by a professional.
If the power cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, a service
centre or a properly qualified individual, so as to avoid injuries.

Cleaning the external filter
1. Push and pull by the external filter cover handle to remove it.
2. Remove the filter.
3. Remove the filter, wash it under warm running water and leave it until dry.
Note!
A HEPA filter has been installed in the appliance. A HEPA filter is made of
fritted glass and has pores with a diameter of 0.3µm that enable effective air
filtering. A HEPA filter is composed of three layers and is capable of arresting
dust, bacterial, protozoan and fungal cells, as well as viruses.
4. Replace the filter and close the external filter cover.
Note! The external filter should be removed and cleaned at least twice a
year. A damaged filter must be replaced. To do so, buy a new filter from
a store that offers such accessories. Do not operate the vacuum cleaner
without the external filter installed.
