SENSOR CLEANING
Sensors, marked in the figure below, should be cleaned regularly with a delicate cloth,
chammy or hygienic sticks, without the use of liquids or other detergents. Only clean
sensors guarantee safe use for the user and the surroundings.
Be careful not to scratch or damage the sensors while cleaning, handling and
storing the device.
10. REPAIRS
In case of any failures or malfunctions of the appliance, refer to the table below to
identify the causes of and solutions to the problem.
The device does not switch
on.
Check if the battery is charged.
Check if the power plug of the charger correctly charge
the device.
Cleaning robot is not
navigating according to
program.
If the floor is very dark or mirrored, the sensors may not
work properly.
Check if sensors are clean.
Check if the wheels are not dirty and a fibre or hair is not
wrapped around a wheel.
Make sure that no object obstructs the correct
movement of the device.
Make sure the device or part of the floor is not
illuminated by very bright sunlight.
