For soiling more difficult to remove, a slightly dampened paper towel or soft cloth can
be used.

The device has no user-serviceable parts.
The device does not
switch on
Check that the plug or power cord is not damaged.
Check if the connection between the plug and power supply
is correct.
Check whether the electrical outlet is damaged - select
another one.

There is no container on the plate or container is of incorrect
quality. Place the correct dish on the plate.

Power supply voltage over limit Ensure that the supply
voltage corresponds with that specified on the unit's rating
plate.

The temperature sensor has overheated Cool the device and
