CHARGING THE TOOTHBRUSH BATTERY
Keep your hands dry before operating the charging base and charging the battery
in the device.
Before charging the battery for the first time, remove
the charging base from the package. Unwind the
charging base cable gently and place it on a stable
horizontal surface so that the cable reaches the power
socket. Plug the base cable plug into a power outlet.
Place the bottom of the brush handle in the charging
charging cradle. Depending on the current battery
charge level, the charge light can take one of the four
possible states shown below:
•
Three blinking segments of the charging light indicate a charge of less than 1/3 of
the battery capacity.
•
One constantly illuminated segment and two blinking segments indicate a charge
between 1/3 and 2/3 of the battery capacity.
•
Two constantly illuminated segments and one flashing indicates a charge above
2/3 of the battery capacity.
•
Three permanently illuminated segments of the charging light indicate that the
battery is fully charged.
Low energy level in the battery is indicated by flashing of the leftmost segment of
charging indicator. If the battery is completely discharged, the device may not turn on
or stop immediately after turning it on.
Do not charge or store the unit below 0°C or above 40°C, otherwise the quality and
length of the charge will be affected.
The device may become slightly warm during charging; which is normal.
