4. PRINCIPLES OF SAFE USE

Avoid exposing your
eyes and skin to UV light with the product
uncovered.
This appliance may be used by children of at least 8
years of age and people with reduced physical and
mental capabilities, or lack of experience and
knowledge of the appliance, if supervised; or instructed about
safe use so that the hazards involved are understood.
Unattended children must not clean or maintain the
unit.
Children must not play with this device.

The device emits UV-C ultraviolet radiation with a wavelength of 254 nm.
•
Avoid exposure of the eyes and skin to ultraviolet (UV) radiation.
•
Use this device only when it is properly assembled (also applies to the
charging base).
•
Protect people and animals! UV radiation may cause injury to eyes and
skin! Never risk exposing yourself, other people or animals to direct or
reflected UV radiation. In case of exposure to radiation, contact your doctor
immediately.

Disconnect the power plug from the outlet before installing, cleaning, or
maintaining the unit.

Do not use a damaged device. Do not repair yourself if damaged. Take the
device to a professional for repair or deliver it to the place of purchase.

equipment, or where it may cause harmful interference or other hazards.

Do not switch on or use the device close to flammable materials.

Do not use the machine to clean surfaces other than teeth, gums and
