STEP 1
Assemble the front supporting bar (2).
STEP 2
Assemble the rear supporting bar (with horizontal adjustment) (3).
STEP 3
Put the strength adjusting rod into the hole (4).
STEP 4.
Lift the front supporting rod, then to push inward, fix.
STEP 5.
Insert fixed rod of the folding part (5) and safety pin (6) to secure the bench.
Assemble the push-up handles.
Assemble the ropes and handles. The picture shows the other ways of using ropes.
