c. Speed and incline setting
1) Twinkle of first section in window means the first-section program begins.If this program isn’t be set,
Speed window twinkles and show the initial data--1.0km/h, Incline window twinkles and show theinitial
data-0, otherwise, show the set data.
Press Speed “+/-“ or QUICK SPEED to set speed, the length of the upside window show the speed.
Press I/-“ or QUICK INCLINE to set incline, Incline window show the set data.
Press ENTER to enter next section of speed and incline setting.
2) Using the same method to set 2-16 section of speed and incline setting. After the finishing of last section,
if you continue to press ENTER, computer will produce two continuous sound, it means data setting
finishing.
3) In the process of setting, you can exit by pressing “ON/OFF”.
4) Press MODE to save the data to the computer, window will show all the set speed data. Time window the
total running time; Incline window shows the incline of first section.
5) You can clear the data by pressing “program” in the process of setting.
6) If the data is saved, the window of Time, Speed, Incline and manual will twinkle together, and then run
the set program by pressing ”ON/OFF”.
Manual mode adjustment
Under the state of manual program No. setting, press MODE, User window will show manual program 1 and
window of Speed ,Time and Incline twinkle together, press “+/-” to choose manual program, User window will
show the corresponding program No..
If you continue to press MODE, it will exit and enter ready status.
If the manual program is set, window will show the corresponding data of this program.
Enter the running status by pressing “ON/OFF”., if not set, then back to ready status.
Body fat operation
a. Under ready status, press MODE key until window BODYFAT twinkle, press “ ENTER” to enter gender setting.
b. The window twinkles and show Man or last set gender, Press”+/-“to choose Man or Woman, Press “ENTER” to
set weight.
c. Weight (25-200KG); Weight window twinkle and shows 45(KG)or last set weight, Press “+/-“ to chose your
weight ,Press “ENTER” to set height.
d. Height (100-220CM), Height window twinkle and shows 145(CM) or last set height ,Press “+/-“ to choose your
Height. Press “ENTER” to set age.
e. Age (8-65), Age window twinkles and shows 18 or last set age, Press”+/-“ to choose your age. Press “ENTER”
to set body fat test.

After all setting, Body fat window twinkles and then hold both of your hands on the hand pulse to test your
body fat. The window will show your body fat when test is finished.
g. Exit by pressing “ON/OFF”.
h. Taking Asian measure: body fat under 19 is thin; between 19 and 24 is realistic weight; between 24 and 27 is
overweight; over 27 is obese.
Pulse testing
In non-exercise status, hold both of your hands on the pulse sensors, the LCD will show the index, the heart shape
light will show the pulse twinkling.
