Manual mode
In the standby state, press
the “Start” button directly, the treadmill will start running after 3 seconds
with speed 0.8 km/h; other windows will start counting from 0, press “Speed+”, “Speed
-
” key to
adjust the speed; press the “Stop” button to stom the treadmill

There are 2 built-in programs for this system
1.
SLIMMING MODE with SOFT/HARD mode
2.
DISTANCE MODE described above

Maintenance
This product must be grounded. If the power cord is damaged, replace it with the power cord
recommended by the manufacturer.
Lubricating
The running belt must be lubricated with specially configured methyl silicone oil after used for a
period of time.
Advice
•
When use time a week is less than 3 hours, it should be lubricated once in five months.
•
When use time a week is between 4-7 hours, it should be lubricated once in two months.
