Electrical failure maintenance table
Malfunction Reason Treatment
E1
Over load in belt click
3. Check up if the weight overload;
4. Check up if the running belt need to be oiled, or if the belt is
badly worn need to be replaced, or if any abnormal in driving
system (such as roller etc...)
E2 Without speed signal
Check up speed sensor wire well connect.

Short out in FET (Power
Transistor)
Power off for 2 minutes, then re-power. If it cannot start,
please replace the lower controller

Motor voltage is not
detected
Check up motor wire connect to controller connection is right
or not.

Undervoltage in main power
supply
1. Check up spot voltage is normal or not ;
2.Check up the plug is in good connection or not.

Overvoltage in main
power supply
1. Check up the controller input power voltage is normal or
not; 2. Check up the plug connection in socket loose or not.

Abnormal in main power
supply
1. Check up the controller input power voltage is normal or not;
2. Check up the plug connection in socket loose or not.

Abnormal in MCU
Power off for 2 minutes, then re-power. If it cannot start,
please replace the lower controller

Abnormal in FET (Power
Transistor)
Power off for 2 minutes, then re-power. If it cannot start,
please replace the lower controller

Error in incline
adjustment
1. Check up the VR wire of incline is well conneted or not;
2. Re-adjust after well connecting
3. Touch the incline motor with your hand, if it is too hot , stop
to adjust the incline or cut off power for about 5 minutes, and
then re-power when the temperature returns to normal.
