The Method of Turning RGB to Lab
Following the steps below to turn RGB to Lab.
1 ) Open the PS software and import the target image.
2 ) Use the "Sipper tool" in the PS to select the colour you want.

at the bottom left to see the between Lab
and RGB as shown below.
