Notes:
Things to know regarding Navi Lock.
During usual recording:
VCR display
• If the cassette has locked programmes and REC button is pressed before the locked area, the OSD will
display “Protected programme on this tape”.
• If the REC button is pressed 1 minute before the beginning of locked programme or in the locked area,
“This position is protected” will be displayed on the TV screen and the VCR will eject the tape. The
“
” will be displayed in the VCR.
• If REC button is pressed after locked programmes, no warning message will appear on the OSD screen.
• Press the MENU or NAVI button to skip this display.
During timer recording:
• If the timer recording is set and the cassette have programme locked, the OSD will display warning
message “Protected programme on this tape”.
• If the tape position is 1 minute before the beginning of locked programme or in the lock area, the VCR
will stop recording, eject the tape and goes to power off mode. The “
” will still blink in the VCR
display until power on again.
