  3. Before Installation 

 

3.1 The R410A refrigerant pressure higher than R22 about 1.4 times, it is more susceptible to moisture, acid materials, oil 

and other impurities influence. Because of the new refrigerant, refrigerant oil also will be changed. Therefore, when 

installation, be careful not to water, impurities, the existing use of the refrigerant and refrigeration oil mixed in the cycle 

system.

  

 

 

 

3.2 To avoid accidental mixing of different refrigerant or different refrigerant oil, the sizes of the charging connections have to 

be changed. It necessary to prepare the following special R410A tools before performing the installation work. 

The measuring machine or tool which will contact with the refrigerant, please use specially for the new 
refrigerant.

To ensure the high pressure of R410A, if using flaring 

tube, make the dimension of tube larger for R410A. If
