SLEEP TIMER OPERATION 

Configuring the fan speed appropriate for sleeping and stop the operation at specified time.  

n

  The display below indicates sleep timer which is set for 2 hours at 11:38 p.m. and the turn off time will be 

1:38 p.m.  

Press the   (SLEEP) button.

• 

Every time you press the   (SLEEP) button, the mode will change as shown 
below.

• 

Preset time of Sleep Timer and the time at which the operation stops will be 
displayed on the remote controller. 

• 

Fan speed remain “SILENT” during sleep timer operation.

Press the   (SLEEP) button or 

 (CANCEL) button.

Preset the   (ON TIMER).

Combination of Sleep Timer and On Timer operation

• 

Set the operation to Auto Stop by Sleep Timer operation, it can be set to start the operation next morning by 

 (ON TIMER). Set   (ON TIMER) first and then press the   (SLEEP) button.

 The display below indicates   (ON TIMER) which is set at 6:00 a.m. and 2 hours sleep time at 

11:38 p.m.

Press the   (SLEEP) button.

• 

The unit will turn off in 2 hours (at 1:38 a.m.) and will 
turn on in order to reach the preset temperature by 
6:00 a.m.

• 

The time range of Sleep Timer operation should be 
set before   (ON TIMER) time.

Cancel the sleep timer

CANCEL

When the Sleep Timer has been programmed, the unit 
will not operate even if the set time is reached unless 
the unit receives a signal from the remote controller. 
Confirm that Sleep Timer programming is complete 
(beep) and the   (TIMER) indicator of the indoor unit 
turns on.
