Select #13 hollow spring guide, Two of #15 retainer, #26 top drive, #27 yellow set screw, #28 Allen Wrench. Place one #15 retainer teeth up
( Box B ) on top of #1 mainshaft, Use #13 hollow spring guide flange end up as installation tool to push retainer down mainshaft into contact
with #22 rapid collar. Repeat with second #15 retainer and push flush with first retainer. Return #13 hollow guide to box.

Subbase Plate or Router Table Insert Plate Installation

See pages 4,5,6, for further instruction, #30 dust cover insert and #31 dust cover, are table insert only. Drill a 1/2" hole through insert plate
at the Router Raizer access point and press #30 in from top until flush. # 31 sets in #30 and is removed during adjustments with magnet on
back edge of # 29 speed handle. These components keep dust from entering the Router Raizer hex drive.
Installing Final Retainers and Top Drive

Use #46 locating pin to locate the Router Raizer access hole on the original subbase or router table. For detailed instructions see page 4.
Drill original subbase hole to 3/8" ( fig 5 ).

Place a mark on #1 mainshaft 3/8" down from top. Install #27 yellow set screw into side of #26 top drive, place top drive onto mainshaft
line 3/8" mark up with bottom of top drive and secure with #28 Allen wrench ( fig 4 ). Unlock plunge lock lever, installation complete.

For router table use remove and store the aluminum template guide ring in the base, and the original black plastic sub base.
