Multimedia
This feature is useful for viewing digital still pictures from USB
Drives using the USB slot in the side panel of your Hitachi LCD
television
.
Upon inserting a USB drive into the USB slot, you will be prompted
to view these photos with the JPEG viewer feature or you can ac-
cess them via the OSD Main Menu under Multimedia. Using the
remote control’s cursor pad you can navigate through thumbnails
and individually select pictures you would like to view. During man-
ual playback of selected photos, the cursor pad can be utilized to
scroll through your pictures. Additionally, using the Menu button on
the remote control in the Browser View or Picture View mode you
can activate and set Slideshow options.
IMPORTANT NOTICE
The nationwide switch to digital television broadcasting will be
complete on June 12, 2009, but your local television stations may
switch sooner. After the switch, analog-only television sets that
receive TV programming through an antenna will need a converter
box to continue to receive over-the-air TV. Watch your local stations
to find out when they will turn off their analog signal and switch to
digital-only broadcasting. Information about the DTV transition is
available from your local television stations, www.DTV.gov, or 1
-888-CALL-FCC (TTY 1-888-TELL-FCC), and www.dtv2009.gov
or 1-888-DTV-2009 (TTY 1-877-530-2634) for information about
subsidized coupons for digital-to-analog converter boxes.
Please review this Operating Guide for further information
regarding such connections.
Hitachi supports the DTV transition and as a member of the DTV
Transition Coalition urges consumers to visit these web sites for
interactive guides and further detailed information:
