[Contents of check]
The send port and the receive port are
connected together and if the send data and
receive data are matched is checked.
If normal

If abnormal

The data involving an error is
indicated by the 7-segment
display and the ERR LED lights
up.

ERR CLR (Error indication clear
switch)
The indication made by the 7-segment display is
cleared by this pushbutton switch. However, the
error is indicated again if it has not yet been
cancelled.

DSP CHG (Error indication select
switch)
When multiple errors occur, the error indication
made by the 7-segment display can be switched
by this pushbutton switch.

RxD Make connection with the TxD of the former station.
TxD Make connection with the RxD of the next station.
Terminal table for external 5 V DC [Only OLINK-SH]
In the case that the bypass function is necessary in
optical link system, please supply 5 V DC from
external.
(As for details of external power, refer to item 3.3)

MODE switch
The module can be bypassed, while bypass cassette is connected in a main body, by
using this switch. Please change this dip switch on the same side in all of both, by the
small top driver etc.
Even OLINK-SH is similar, although the rough sketch is in the case of LINK-SH.
a. Normal operation
It makes both of switch "NORM." side.
Usually please change it to both of switch "NORM." side, without fail at the time of
use, although only which or one are usually possible use even in the case of
"NORM." side.
b. Bypassing
It makes all of both switch "BY-PASS" side.
