1.4 Method of removal / installs of bypass cassette.
Note)
・
As for the removal/installation to bypass cassette, please turn off the power
supply.
・
Removal / installs to bypass cassette, need to remove the module from the base.
・
Please do not touch on circuit board directly, because it becomes the cause of
fail.
・
In the case of OLINK-SH, please do not give unreasonable power to optical
cable, because it becomes the cause of damage.
a) Removing method.
①
Remove two rivets that is fixing bypass cassette fixation plate.
It hooking the head of rivet with minus driver etc. and raise and remove it.

Remove bypass cassette fixation plate.
③
Pushing two places of hook parts of the bypass cassettes bottom of the module,
and remove hook from main body case.
④
Having the case part of bypass cassette it pulls, remove it to the left side.
b) Installing method
①
The connector that is connecting the circuit board on the side of the circuit and
bypass cassette case on the side of main body case is combined lightly.
②
Pushing two places of hook parts of the bypass cassettes bottom of module, and
set hook to main body case.
③
Pushing the left side of bypass cassette case it connects it with main body case.
(Until it is last it pushes in it).
Please push in rough sketch × mark neighborhood (connection part of
connector), certainly.
