Attaching the main board
Wiring of the main board attaching
(1)
Attach the main board after you connected the exhaust fan.
Then, attach the CNGD2 to the main board with screw.
(2)
Connect the CNPW. Put the TSW and CNGD1 under the CNPW.
(3)
Connect the E2, CNRM, B panel fan, RG panel fan, E1, lamp fan and speaker.
(4)
Put the excessive length of the RG panel fan, E1 and lamp fan under the main board.
Otherwise, the cables will be pinched.
(5)
Connect the CNBAR and power unit fan.
(6)
Connect the flexible cable (LCD panel).
(7) Wrap the TSW to the CNGD1 5 times. Then, attach the CNGD1 and the TSW.
Put the excessive length of the RG panel fan,
E1 and lamp fan under the main board.
Do not make the excessive length at the A point.
Otherwise, the cables will be pinched.
Make sure not to pinch the cable
when you attach the main board.
Do not tighten this screw.
Tighten the network unit bracket
later with this screw.
Make sure not to touch the power
fan lead to the fan blades.

you attach the main board.
It is hard to connect after you
attached the main board.

How to attach the flexible cable.
(1)
Insert the flexible cable to the connector
base completely. This connector is upper contact.
(2)
Slide the locking hinge toward the arrow and lock
it completely.

Wrap the TSW to the CNGD1 5 times or more. Then attach the
CNGD1 with screw and attach the TSW.
Never put the TSW lead near the lamp side.
Otherwise, TSW lead will be pinched by upper case.
Area of Importance
Attach the CNGD2 with screw before you connect
the CNPW, the CNGD1 and the TSW.
Make sure not to pinch the CNGD2 when you attach
the main board.
Angle is almost 45 degree.
Otherwise, you can not draw out the connectors.
Confirm that the CNGD1 is hooked to the
ballast holder rib.
Make sure not to make the excessive length
at the power unit side from rib.
Confirm that the CNBAR and the power
fan is hooked to the ballast holder slit.
Confirm that power unit fan lead is not
coming off from ballast holder slit.
