(4) Put the provided collar into washer (A).
(5) Align the beveled part of the spindle parallel with
the guide line on the safety cover.
(6) Position the side of washer (A) with the 2 mm hole
(0.3 mm) so that it is toward the saw blade. Put
the concave side of washer (B) toward the saw
blade. (See Fig. 10).
(7) Place the saw blade inside the safety cover and the
slide cover. If the saw blade gets caught on the
safety cover while doing this, move it left or right
until it is positioned properly inside the covers. (See
Fig. 11).

NOTE:
●
In case the hole diameter of your saw blade does
not correspond to that of Washer (A), please contact
the shop where you purchased the Circular Saw.
(8) To assure proper rotation direction of the saw blade,
the arrow direction "C" on the gear cover must
correspond to saw blade rotating direction. (Fig. 11)
(9) Tighten the hexagonal head bolt retaining the saw
blade properly by hand. Then depress the lock
lever, lock the spindle, and thoroughly tighten the
bolt.
(10) Attach the dust box and tighten the M6 screw
firmly.
2. Dismounting the saw blade:
To dismount the blade carry out the mounting steps
described above in reverse order.
CAUTION
After the saw blade have been attached, confirm
that the lock lever is properly secured in the
prescribed position.
DISCARDING CUTTING DUST
CAUTION:
●
To avoid serious accident, the switch is in the OFF
position and disconnect the plug from the receptacle.
1. Discarding the cutting dust.
CAUTION:
●
Depending on the type of material being cut, the
newly generated cutting dust may be very hot. Be
careful not to touch the cutting dust directly with
your hands.
NOTE:
If too much dust collects in the dust box, the ability
of the tool to collect the dust will drop. Always
empty the dust box before it gets full.
(1) Push on the hook which located in the rear of the
dust box. Open the dust cover and empty out the
cutting dust. (See Fig. 12 and Fig. 13).

(2) After you have emptied out the cutting dust, close
the dust cover and put the hook in place.
NOTE:
●
Handle the dust box with care. Pounding on the
dust box may damage it.
●
When you throw away the cutting dust, make sure
that no dust gets into the part of the tool where
the motor is located.
USING A DUST COLLECTOR
CAUTION:
To avoid serious accident, the switch is in the OFF
position and disconnect the plug from the receptacle.
1. When you attach a dust collector (such as Model
RP30SA, etc.), carefully follow the steps indicated
below:
(1) Remove the rubber cap.
(2) Push the end of the dust collector hose firmly into
the rubber adapter and then insert the rubber adapter
into the hose fitting opening. (See Fig. 14).
