If it is necessary to park on slope, block all four wheels to prevent rolling (e.g. with chocks, 

rocks or logs) and, if possible, park the Crosski across the slope to prevent it from rolling. 

Never park the Crosski on slope that is too steep to walk up easily. 

 

Recovering the Crosski on land 

On the ground may cause serious damage to the Crosski engine and drive train. 
If the Crosski has become stranded on an obstacle or in a ditch, it is permissible to attach a 

recovery rope to the following locations to recovery the Crosski onto level ground.

WARNING 

Excessive force on the eyelet could cause it to fail and break free from the hull, potentially 
striking bystanders. 

NOTICE

: For attaching a recovery rope to the Crosski, attaching ropes to the chassis, suspension 

or other parts of the body can damage the Crosski.
