Troubleshooting
If you experience a problem with your appliance or are concerned that the appliance
is not functioning correctly, you can carry out some easy checks before calling
below.

Don't try to repair the appliance yourself. If the problem persists after you
have made the checks mentioned below, contact an authorized

Check that the Drip tray is housed
properly. Drip tray is full of water.

Open the door only as long as
necessary.
Turn the temperature regulation
to a colder setting temporarily.

Carefully warm the leaking
sections of the door seal with a
hair dryer(on a cool setting). At
the same time shape the warmed,
adjust the door seal by hand such
that it sits correctly.
