the product is to be handed over to a third party, hand

2.3. Personal safety
a)
Do not operate this device if you are tired, ill or under
the influence of alcohol, drugs or medication that
could impair your ability to operate the device.
b)
The device is not intended to be used by persons
(including children) with reduced mental, sensory or
intellectual functions or persons who lack experience
and/or knowledge unless they are supervised or have
been instructed by a person responsible for their
safety on how to operate the device.
c)
Use caution and common sense when operating this
device. A moment‘s inattention during operation may
result in serious personal injury.
d)
To prevent accidental start-up, make sure the switch
is in the off position before connecting to a power
source.
e)
Do not overestimate your capabilities. Maintain body
balance and equilibrium at all times during operation.
This allows for better control of the machine in
unexpected situations.
f)
The product is not a toy. Children should be watched
to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.
g)
Do not touch the cutting surfaces with your hands!
h)
Do not trim with scissors or other objects above
cutting surface!
2.4. Safe use of the device
a)
Do not overload the device. Use tools that are suitable
for the application. A correctly selected product will
do a better and safer job for which it was designed.
b)
Do not use the device if the I/O (ON/OFF) switch does
not function properly (does not switch the device on
and off). Devices which cannot be switched on and
off using the ON/OFF switch are hazardous, should
not be operated and must be repaired. Units that
cannot be controlled by the switch are unsafe, cannot
operate, and must be repaired.
c)
Disconnect the device from the power supply before
adjusting, cleaning, or servicing. This precaution
reduces the risk of accidental start-up.
d)
Keep unused product out of the reach of children
and anyone unfamiliar with the device or this manual.
Products are dangerous when used by inexperienced
users.
e)
Keep the product in good working order. Check
before each use for general damage or damage to
moving parts (cracks in parts and components or any
other condition that may affect the safe operation
of the device). If damaged, have the device repaired
before use.
f)
Keep the product out of the reach of children.
g)
Repairs and maintenance should be carried out by
qualified personnel using only original spare parts.
This will ensure the safety of use.
h)
To ensure the designed operational integrity of the
device, do not remove factory-installed covers or
loosen screws.

the drive elements and consequent damage to the
equipment.

m) Clean the device regularly to prevent permanent dirt
build-up.

Caution! The cutting elements of the device are very
sharp! Wear protective gloves when replacing the
blades, cleaning or servicing!
ATTENTION!
Despite the safe design of the device
and its protection facilities and despite the use of
additional elements protecting the operator, there is
still a slight risk of an accident or injury when using
the device. When using the device stay alert and use
common sense.
3. INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
The device is designed for removing leaves from freshly cut
branches of various kinds.
The user is responsible for any damage resulting from
misuse.

3.2. PREPARATION FOR OPERATION
POSITIONING OF THE UNIT
Place the unit in a way that ensures good air circulation.
Maintain a minimum clearance of 10 cm from any wall of
the unit. Keep the unit away from any hot surfaces. Always
operate the unit on a level, stable, clean, fireproof and dry
surface and out of the reach of children and persons of
impaired mental, sensory and intellectual functions. Place
the unit in such a way that the mains plug can be reached
at any time. Ensure that the power supply to the unit
corresponds to that specified on the identification plate!
Disassemble all components and wash them before first use.
ASSEMBLY OF THE UNIT
3.3. WORKING WITH THE DEVICE
OPERATING THE UNIT
a)
Prepare freshly cut branches of appropriate length, so
as to facilitate unobstructed spinning by the rubbers
over the mesh.
b)
CAUTION! While spinning, the rubbers will push the
branches against the mesh and drag them along it.
The cut leaves fall into the bowl whilst fruits, stalks etc.
remain on the mesh.
c)
Place the bowl on level, stable, clean, and dry surface
(1).
d)
Place mesh with blades over the bowl (2).
e)
Place branches evenly on the mesh.
f)
Place cover on the bowl with mesh (3).
g)
NOTE: When attaching the cover, align the cover
fastening nut with the gearbox shaft on the spiral
grate!
MANUAL MECHANISM
h)
Attach the crank on the top of cover (4).
i)
Turn the crank of the device in a clockwise direction.
Turning the crank will move the rubbers under the
cover.
j)
Continue turning the crank until the desired results
are obtained.
k)
After finished work with the device, empty the bowl
and mesh.
l)
The disassembly is done in reverse order to its
assembly.
AUTOMATIC MECHANISM
m) Attach the device motor to the top of the cover,
aligning the drive pins with the cover mounting holes
(7).
n)
Connect the plug of the driver‘s power cord to the
mains supply.
o)
CAUTION! The device can only be used with the
provided AC/DC adapter!
p)
Start the device drive by setting the power switch to
the „I“-on („O“-off) position. The control LED will light
up.
q)
Use the speed regulation knob to set the rotational
speed.
r)
CAUTION! If the device drive does not start, reduce the
amount of product on the grid! Otherwise, overloading
may lead to damage to the device! Disconnect the unit
from the power source before reducing the load!
s)
Continue working with the drive until the desired
results are obtained.
t)
After finishing work, reduce the rotation speed, turn
off the device by setting the power switch to the „O“-
off position.
u)
Disconnect the unit from the mains supply.
v)
Empty the bowl and mesh.
w)
The disassembly is done in reverse order to its
assembly.
INSTALLATION / CHANGING THE BLADE
x)
CAUTION! It is forbidden to change blades without
protective gloves on! Make sure you are properly
equipped with personal protective equipment before
replacing blades!
y)
The device is adapted to the installation of crosswise
or lengthwise blades (A, B).
z)
The blades are located on the mesh of the device.
aa) To change the blade, turn the mesh with blades so
that the blades are facing upwards.
bb) Unscrew and remove the nut securing the blades to
the mesh (C).
cc) Slide out the worn blades, and install new ones in
their place.
dd) Secure by tightening the nut.
3.4. CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
a)
Pull out the mains plug before each cleaning and
when the unit is not in use.
b)
In the case of leaves intended for brewing, for example,
only mild cleaning agents designed for cleaning food
contact surfaces may be used to clean the device.
c)
After each cleaning, all the parts should be dried well
before the unit is used again.
d)
Store the unit in a dry and cool place protected from
moisture and direct sunlight.
e)
Do not spray the unit with a stream of water or
immerse it in water.
f)
Make sure that no water enters through the
ventilation openings in the casing.
g)
Clean the ventilation openings with a brush and
compressed air.
h)
Perform regular inspections of the unit checking
technical fitness and any damages.
i)
Use a soft cloth for cleaning.
j)
Do not use sharp and/or metal objects (e.g. wire
brush or metal spatula) for cleaning as they may
damage the surface of the appliance material.
k)
Do not clean the unit with acidic substances, medical
products, diluent, fuel, oil or other chemicals as this
may cause damage to the unit.
DISPOSAL OF WASTE APPLIANCES
At the end of its useful life, this product should not be
disposed of with normal household waste but should be
taken to a collection point for the recycling of electrical
and electronic equipment. This is indicated by the symbol
on the product, operating instructions or packaging. The
materials used in this appliance are recyclable according
to their marking. By reuse, recycling or applying other
forms of use of waste machines, you make a significant
contribution to the protection of our environment.
Your local administration will provide you with information
about the appropriate disposal point for used appliances.
