A.2.3 Modify BMC IP Address
Modify BMC IP address via BMC Web interface.
Steps
1. Modify the IP address of PC to make sure it is in the same subnet as the original BMC IP address.
2. Enter the original BMC IP address in browser's address bar.
3. Enter admin as User Name and admin as password.
4. Click Log in.
5. Go to BMC Parameters → BMC Network → Network .
6. Select Management Port as LAN Interface.
7. Disable DHCP, and set IPv4 Address, Netmask, Gateway according to actual needs.
8. Click Save.
Note
Log in BMC again using the new IP after modifying.
A.3 Enable Remote Controller
Before You Start
JRE1.8 or above version has been installed.
Steps
1. Log in BMC and click Controller Redirection.
Note
If no Java software is installed, click Launch KVM HTML5 Viewer to connect to the remote
controller.
